Butterfly Baking made a delicious Victorian Sponge Cake and Cherry Heart shaped cookies for my sisters birthday. I live in the U.S. and working with Helen was so easy……she was very accommodating and even had the items delivered. My sister said the cake is very light and delicate and delicious and the cookies too!! She was well pleased and very complimentary. I will definitely be ordering from Butterfly Baking by Helen again!!
